Kasadya sa Plaza - opens

In cooperation with the Cebu City Government, the Junior Chamber International (JCI) launched yesterday the Kasadya sa Plaza 2010 Christmas Bazaar.  It is located at the Plaza Independencia.  One of Cebu's highlights as the Christmas season comes near.  Loads of affordable goodies and different items are being displayed from different stores that are said to be a good bargain for consumers specially this coming Christmas season.

JCI's chapter President Reeve Jumawan said that a series of events will be hosted by the Cebu Chapter until January 24, 2011.  As Cebu celebrates "Pasko sa Sugbo", one of its highlights is the Parol and Belen contest with a dangling 30,000 pesos at stake for the first prize winner.  Jumawan is encouraging every barangay  and other local organizations to participate.  The parols and belens will be displayed on the venue inside the Plaza Independencia.
