Sisig is a traditional Filipino dish having diced meat seasoned with onions, peppers, vinegar, calamansi juice and a bit of spices. This recipe is famously served in bars cause this go so well with liquor and beer, one of Filipino's most in demand "pulotan". Now it is served in some famous restaurants across the Regions.

The aroma of their cooking got my attention. As a fan of spices specially Sisig, Manilyn and I gave it a shot.
It's really not that expensive with your 60 pesos, you can already enjoy their meals. Though they only have four menu's to choose from, yet it's still worth a try.
